Mastrocola Management is an owner and manager of residential properties north of Boston and office properties in the greater Boston and Manchester, NH areas. It also provides consulting services to various clients in the areas of condominium marketing and multifamily development.

The company was founded by Frank J. Mastrocola, Jr. in 1979 to provide superior management and maintenance services to properties in which it had an ownership interest.   The company has extensive experience improving distressed real estate. It has ‘turned around’ numerous distressed residential and commercial properties which have been vacant, or near vacant at the time of acquisition.

In the early nineties, Frank Mastrocola opened an office in Dallas which specialized in the acquisition, improvement, and resale of large groups of residential condominiums. Condominium groups were typically purchased from financial institutions or the FDIC, repositioned, and sold to individual owner occupants. In the late nineties, Mastrocola Management served as a consultant to, and contractor for, two NYSE companies relative to this business plan. They were Columbus Realty Trust based in Dallas, and Post Properties based in Atlanta.
